Director of Nursing

An opportunity is available for an experienced nursing professional to take on the role of Director of Nursing for a home infusion care setting in Virginia Beach, VA.

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the nursing staff and clinical teams
• Oversee daily operations of the home infusion care facility
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, and exemplary patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs and optimize service delivery

• Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of five years working within the nursing scope of practice
• At least two years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a comparable healthcare organization
• Minimum of two years supervising nursing staff
• Proven ability to lead and supervise direct clinical, professional, and administrative personnel
