• Influences and delivers with stakeholders solution vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Develops the vision, strategy, and experience of a highly complex, high-impact solution area
• Ensures strategic and execution alignment through steering committees and the publication of whitepapers
• Brings expertise to understand and translate the complex opportunity areas and problem statements into business requirements
• Partners with Engineering Teams to design roadmap(s) for complex, high-impact solution area(s) and develop technical solutions
• Drives end to end OKR and metrics forums and measurement of business performance
• Serves as an expert in understanding and prioritizing complex problems and solution areas
• Defines success criteria and performance metrics for a highly complex, high-impact solution
• Leads others when conducting user acceptance testing and/or focus groups to determine the end-user experience and needs
• Drives the analysis of success metrics to evaluate and optimize the performance of the technical solution

• Master's Degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering
• OR equivalent experience
