Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN)

This is a contract position offering the chance to work in a dynamic clinical environment with patients who require highly specialized care. Experience in transplant nursing is highly valued and critical to success in this role.

• Provide skilled nursing care to transplant recipients and patients with complex gastrointestinal and renal conditions
• Monitor patients for signs of complications and intervene promptly
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Educate patients and families regarding post-transplant care and disease management
• Support med-surg/telemetry overflow needs within the unit

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Extensive transplant experience, specifically with liver, kidney, and pancreas patients
