Surgical Unit RN

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready
• Assist surgeons during operations, managing instruments and anticipating surgical needs
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and condition throughout the procedure
• Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain aseptic techniques and uphold safety protocols
• Document operative reports and maintain accurate patient records

• Current RN license with certification or proven experience in operating room nursing
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and patient care standards in the OR
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Capability to ensure adherence to infection control and safety regulations
