Principal Product Manager

We are hiring Principal Product Managers with a proven track record in developing AI-driven, scalable advertising products.

• Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for a product area.
• Represent the product to customers and advocate their needs internally.
• Navigate ambiguity, make tough decisions, and ensure team alignment.
• Work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and other teams.
• Use data to guide product changes and identify opportunities, collaborating with ML and Data scientists.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives with marketing and sales.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience developing digital advertising products.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product management OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in building large scale solutions.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Experience with digital advertising, bidding, budgets, conversions auction dynamics.
