We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a journey-level tradesperson in the maintenance, and repair within the Maintenance and Operations Division (MOD) at the Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health campus.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment
• Maintain, operate, and repair electrical, mechanical, and structural systems
• Monitor safety, fire protection, and environmental control equipment
• Respond to service requests and secure necessary assistance

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 4 years of experience in building and equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of standard practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment of mechanical trades
