DSHS WCF Provider Network Navigator

• Conduct monitoring, administer quality assurance audits and reviews responses to quality assurance audits
• Create, present, assist with implementation, and monitor progress of provider corrective action plans
• Coordinate provider cases regarding appeals, beneficiary complaints, and the monitoring process
• Influence the ongoing development of statewide Provider Network policies and procedures
• Develop regionally and culturally appropriate WA Cares Provider outreach and recruitment strategies

• Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and organize workload
• Present information clearly in both written and oral communication
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to the WA Cares Fund
• Work cooperatively and professionally with the public and colleagues
• Understand and analyze legal documents
• Make independent decisions and critically analyze complex materials
