About the role
DSHS WCF Provider Network Navigator
Responsibilities
- Conduct monitoring, administer quality assurance audits and reviews responses to quality assurance audits
- Create, present, assist with implementation, and monitor progress of provider corrective action plans
- Coordinate provider cases regarding appeals, beneficiary complaints, and the monitoring process
- Influence the ongoing development of statewide Provider Network policies and procedures
- Develop regionally and culturally appropriate WA Cares Provider outreach and recruitment strategies
Requirements
- Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and organize workload
- Present information clearly in both written and oral communication
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to the WA Cares Fund
- Work cooperatively and professionally with the public and colleagues
- Understand and analyze legal documents
- Make independent decisions and critically analyze complex materials
