About the role
The IT Support Specialist (ITSS) Associate is an entry level hourly position responsible for supporting providers, clinicians, and business professionals that use technology solutions to improve their work processes. This position provides accurate and timely support services for consumer devices. Associate support specialists are responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting all consumer-based hardware, software, and peripherals.
Responsibilities
- Communicates with consumers to provide solutions to technical problems.
- Supports audio-video technology at a basic level.
- References centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases.
- Performs basic level repairs for company devices.
Requirements
- High School Grad or Equiv
- 1 years of Work Experience
- CompTIA A Certification (COMPTIA-A ) OR CompTIA Network Certification (NETWORK ) OR CompTIA CySA (COMPTIA CYSA) OR Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) OR AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS-CCP) OR Certified in Cyber Security (ISC2 CC) OR Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (ENDPOINT ADM) OR Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals series (Cloud, Azure, AI, Data, Security etc.) (FUNDAMENTALS)
