Assistant Manager, Restaurant BOH

Assistant Manager, CityWalk Food will be responsible for directing, managing, and operating a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk.

• Direct, manage, and operate a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk
• Ensure customer service meets the standard of excellence
• Support the back of house with ordering, receiving, preparing, and executing recipes
• Day-to-day running of the kitchens

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or Culinary
• Minimum of 3 years of management/culinary experience
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems
