Med-Surg Nurse (RN) - Hixson, TN

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to a patient ratio of 1:6 on a well-equipped unit featuring wound vacs, heparin gtts, IV pumps, feeding pumps, and bladder scanners

• Deliver personalized nursing care within a dynamic healthcare environment
• Contribute to a positive care atmosphere and apply specialized skills
• Participate in rotating schedules including every other weekend and holiday shifts
• Engage actively in a team environment
• Uphold hospital dress code and maintain compliance with unit policies and guidelines

• Registered Nurse licensed in medical-surgical nursing
• Proficiency in IV starts, NGT placement, and wound care
• Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms with advanced skills
• Experience with lab draws, use of telemetry, and cardiac rhythm monitoring
• BLS certification is required
• Positive attitude toward patient and family support and service recovery
• Flexibility to float between medical-surgical units as needed
