Infusion Pharmacist

A rapidly growing home infusion pharmacy is opening a new branch in North Charleston, SC and is seeking an Infusion Pharmacist for a direct-hire opportunity.

• Dispense IV medications and supplies, including compounding per USP <797> standards
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and make clinical recommendations
• Document patient care, counseling, and communication with healthcare providers
• Supervise and delegate tasks to pharmacy support staff
• Participate in on-call rotation, patient care conferences, and staff training
• Support branch operations, including QA/QC, workflow efficiency, and temporary management coverage

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD or MS preferred
• Active pharmacist license in South Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of acute-care pharmacy experience or 1 year home infusion experience
• Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and intravenous therapy
