Dietitian Diabetes Educator

CHI Health is looking to add a Dietitian to our Diabetes Education Clinics!

• Provide individualized and group education that respects our patients' unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds
• Inspire behavioral change, foster healthy coping, and help patients achieve their goals

• Graduate of an accredited school
• Dietitian in the state of Nebraska
• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) within 24 months

• Medical, prescription drug, dental, vision plans
