About the role
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our district’s special education team. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a dynamic mix of collaboration and independent evaluation work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, with a strong emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) assessments.
- Support special education teams in eligibility determination and service planning.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary evaluation teams, providing expertise in data interpretation and recommendations.
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports and present findings in a clear, professional manner.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success and well-being.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding timelines, documentation, and evaluation practices.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Current Oregon School Psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong background in ASD and CLD evaluations preferred
