• Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with teachers & staff to create classroom accommodations
• Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful goals
• Provide guidance and resources for parents and caregivers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with children (school-based experience a plus!)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
