Infusion Registered Nurse

• Oversee operations of a new home infusion care location
• Acquire and manage patient care initially, transitioning to a supervisory role
• Lead and support a clinical team starting with four direct reports
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements

• Active Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of five years of clinical experience
• At least two years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare setting
• Proven experience supervising nurses and other clinical staff
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to drive a startup initiative
