Classroom Assistant

Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and activities, Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts, Help prepare classroom materials and organize learning resources, Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring inclusion and engagement, Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe, respectful classroom atmosphere, Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-age students, including those with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude toward helping students learn
• Basic knowledge of classroom technology and instructional tools is a plus
