About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students ranging from kindergarten through grade 12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress and ensure effective communication strategies are integrated in the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school policies and federal regulations
- Participate in meetings such as Individualized Education Program (IEP) team conferences
Requirements
- Licensed or certified Speech-Language Pathologist with credentials applicable to school environments
- Experience working with children and adolescents in K-12 settings
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention techniques
