About the role
Plan, coordinate, and carry out the purchasing of services, supplies, materials, parts, and equipment that keep WDFW moving forward. Beyond procurement, you’ll also play a key role in managing our inventory—ensuring accountability for agency equipment and overseeing the proper transfer or surplus of materials when it’s time for them to move on.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out the purchasing of services, supplies, materials, parts, and equipment
- Manage inventory—ensuring accountability for agency equipment and overseeing the proper transfer or surplus of materials when it’s time for them to move on
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience as a Procurement and Supply Specialist 1
- A bachelor’s degree involving business administration, public administration, procurement, logistics, supply management or closely allied field
- An associate’s degree involving business administration, public administration, procurement, logistics, supply management or closely allied field AND two (2) years of experience of full-time purchasing experience
