Responsibilities

  • Lead the channel inventory planning
  • Identify and analyze demand trends
  • Run the stock replenishment process
  • Optimize planning processes using AI/ML
  • Drive improvement on planning productivity and channel inventory
  • Provide insight to the channel planning and material planning teams
  • Onboard new partners from a service supply chain aspect
  • Support channel expansion, project roll-out and impact
  • Coordinate the quarterly inventory buyback process
  • Work collaboratively to ensure channel fill rate maintains at or above prescribed targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, supply chain management, computer science or data science
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications
  • Solid understanding of world-class supply chain practices
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Business savvy
  • Effective in communication, influencing, and negotiation
  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactically
  • High level of comfort in running large data sets and conducting ad hoc analysis
  • Skills for blending quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • Consistent track record in delivering on operational KPI’s
  • Sense of priority and urgency to meet deadlines from different partners
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
