• Doctorate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
• OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
• OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of people management experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with hyperscale network automation, including Wide Area Network (WAN) orchestration, link migration, and edge standardization across large-scale deployments
• Understanding of RDMA protocols and architecture, including experience with device health validation and diagnostics platforms
