Responsibilities

  • Track costs on purchase orders and projects
  • Verify accurate rates and approvals on employee timesheets
  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Ensure proper coding of invoices and purchase orders
  • Collaborate with internal purchasers and external vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Submit requests for new vendor setups
  • Process facility donation requests
  • Assist employees with expense coding
  • Enter purchase requisitions as needed
  • Support the team with various ad hoc administrative and financial tasks

Requirements

  • Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent business diploma
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
