Surgical Unit RN - Boston, MA

An opportunity is available for a registered nurse with expertise in operating room care. This role focuses on delivering high-quality perioperative nursing support in a dynamic surgical environment.

• Prepare the operating room by setting up equipment and sterile supplies
• Monitor patient conditions intraoperatively and assist the surgical team as needed
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic protocols and safety standards
• Document surgical procedures and patient responses accurately
• Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring comfort and safety

• Current registered nurse (RN) licensure
• Proven experience in operating room nursing
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Ability to collaborate effectively with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Excellent critical thinking and patient assessment abilities
