• Lead program monitoring to confirm services meet federal and state requirements
• Plan and run monitoring visits, set schedules, and prepare reports
• Write and share tools, reports, and corrective action plans with partners
• Track compliance and follow up on required corrections
• Work with fiscal and contracts teams to ensure federal subrecipient rules are met
• Represent the department in meetings with community partners and government agencies
• Provide feedback and technical assistance to program staff and community partners
• Support quality assurance by checking program data for accuracy
• Train new and current staff on federal and state requirements
• Collect and analyze program data to prepare reports for management
• Lead or support high-level special projects and time-sensitive assignments

• A bachelor’s degree* in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field
• Four years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations
