Responsibilities
- Lead program monitoring to confirm services meet federal and state requirements
- Plan and run monitoring visits, set schedules, and prepare reports
- Write and share tools, reports, and corrective action plans with partners
- Track compliance and follow up on required corrections
- Work with fiscal and contracts teams to ensure federal subrecipient rules are met
- Represent the department in meetings with community partners and government agencies
- Provide feedback and technical assistance to program staff and community partners
- Support quality assurance by checking program data for accuracy
- Train new and current staff on federal and state requirements
- Collect and analyze program data to prepare reports for management
- Lead or support high-level special projects and time-sensitive assignments
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree* in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field
- Four years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations
