Registered Nurse Oncology

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care to age specific groups identified in the direct care responsibilities, utilizing the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the department.

• Documents all procedures and assessments accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Reports patient status, interventions, and outcomes to the appropriate healthcare team members in a timely manner.
• Ensures all documentation complies with department policies, local, state, and federal regulations, and accrediting body standards.

• Registered Nurse (RN) Required
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Required
