About the role
Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs. Support direct therapy sessions and progress monitoring. Prepare materials and document student performance accurately. Participate in team meetings and maintain confidentiality of student information. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Requirements
- Valid SLPA certification or license
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
- Knowledge of speech-language therapy techniques and protocols
- Ability to collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
