Registered Nurse Cardiovascular PCU FT Days

The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age-specific groups. Utilizes the nursing process in achieving department goals. Adheres to corporate compliance plans and regulations. Promotes exceptional patient experience through effective communication and therapeutic relationships. Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary teams. The role involves completing timely assessments, setting measurable goals, and evaluating patient care plans based on whole-person care needs.

• Providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care to identified age groups
• Utilizing the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating)
• Adhering to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and all applicable regulations
• Promoting exceptional patient experience through compassionate care and effective communication
• Communicating effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Completing thorough hand-off communication

• Graduate of a school of nursing
• Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) per specialty/unit requirements
• EKG Certification
