Talent Research Manager

The Talent Research Manager will apply that same spirit of innovation to our most valuable asset: our people. You will be the expert voice on how we use data to understand and improve our talent ecosystem.

• Develop and lead a comprehensive research program for Talent Management
• Define the strategy and methodology for key metrics for talent programs
• Perform advanced analytics to answer critical business questions
• Synthesize data from across the People function to provide leaders with a holistic understanding of program effectiveness

• 5+ years of experience in HR/People analytics
• Proven ability to design, develop, and drive research programs
• Outstanding communication, data visualization, and storytelling skills
• Hands-on experience producing analysis and visualizations using BI tools
