About the role

We're looking for a leader to create exciting programs that motivate and train channel employees to be passionate Apple experts

Responsibilities

  • Create sales enablement programs that increase consideration and engagement of salespeople and ultimately drive sales in the B2B space
  • Collaborate with B2B geo sales leadership and field teams to drive program adoption
  • Work directly with existing and new vendors to tap into their expertise in engagement and peer-to-peer solutions
  • Analyze, compile, and communicate monthly reports of B2B program execution, results, and gaps to partners and executives
  • Lead the forecasting, P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis processes for B2B programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience designing, building, and leading enterprise-focused programs
  • People leadership experience
  • Lead the way: Be an inspiring leader in B2B staffing, training, and engagement, and stay up-to-date on the latest B2B trends
  • Design programs: Create innovative programs that can be used to cover all our partner needs, from large Corporate reseller employees down to SMB sales taking place in a store
  • Influence and collaborate: Work with leaders across Apple and our partner companies to get on board and make sure programs are successful
  • Understand sales: Know how sales strategies and processes work, especially in an enterprise environment
  • Improve systems: Find ways to improve our systems and tools for managing staffing and engagement
  • Run programs: Plan and run events and activities to drive enthusiasm and improve customer experience
  • Manage vendors: Work with vendors to bring the best solutions to our programs
  • Analyze results: Track the impact of our programs and make recommendations based on data
  • Document and share: Create guides for how to run programs, so they can be used in all regions
