Med Surgery Nurse (RN)

A Registered Nurse with a Master of Science degree (RN-MS) is needed for a contract position in Watsonville, California. This role requires a committed healthcare professional with strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to nursing care.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality

• Current California RN license with an MS degree in Nursing
• Proven clinical nursing experience with strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
