Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Tech Lead with at least 8 years of experience, proficient in Informatica (including Informatica IICS), Databricks, and cloud technologies.

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ETL processes using Informatica (including IICS) and Databricks.
• Build and optimize advanced data pipelines for batch and real-time ingestion, transformation, and loading.
• Develop and implement ETL solutions integrated with Snowflake and Synapse databases.
• Establishing technical standards and best practices in the ETL pipelines and workflows.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and deliver effective, innovative solutions.
• Integrate ETL solutions with reporting tools (PowerBI, Qlik, or similar) to enable business intelligence and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all ETL processes.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management and follow the CICD deployment process for releasing code changes.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specs, and user guides.
• Stay current on emerging ETL, cloud, and data warehousing technologies, including developments in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, GenAI.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in ETL development, with recent hands-on expertise in Informatica (including IICS) and Databricks.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing concepts, and data governance.
• Strong expertise working with Snowflake and Synapse analytics databases.
• Well-versed in cloud technologies and platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools (at least one): PowerBI or Qlik (experience with both is a plus).
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python/Spark preferred).
• Solid experience with GitHub for version control and end-to-end CICD deployment processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
