About the role

This position supports and contributes to JR's mission to protect the public, hold juvenile offenders accountable for their crimes and reduce criminal behavior through a continuum of preventive, rehabilitative, and transition programs in residential and community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all aspects of a minimum-security community facility residential reentry program housing juvenile offenders
  • Administer, manage, supervise and direct staff within a collective bargaining environment

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of professional experience in a management position overseeing significant project or program implementation in a social services or similar organization
  • One year supervisory experience
