About the role
Performs patient billing procedures. Prepares and monitors equipment, patient progress, instructs and prepares patients for treatment and reports patients progress to PT. Works under general supervision a licensed Physician to provide patient care In collaboration with the Physician, develops exercises programs including therapeutic pool programs and sports injury therapies. Develops and conducts community service projects, works as a team with Physicians to schedule patients, develop programs, provide assessments.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and monitors equipment, patient progress, instructs and prepares patients for treatment and reports patients progress to PT.
- Develops exercises programs including therapeutic pool programs and sports injury therapies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in athletic training
- 3-5 years experience
- ATC, BOC certified, LAT (licensed in Texas)
