Principal Technical Program Manager Super Computer Delivery

Our team sits at the heart of Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) & High Performance Computing (HPC) business – shaping and delivering the next generation of supercomputing

• Own the end-to-end customer experience and oversee the delivery of the HPC integrated solution across Microsoft and external partners
• Help to develop, champion and implement a step change in the HPC computational platform
• Create effective and sustainable working relationships with internal and external delivery partners
• For the live service, be an effective customer escalation point of contact for production issues
• For the evolution of the service, use these deep relationships and understanding of the customer to create stronger value propositions

• Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• Prior experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Significant experience leading complex IT and HPC operations and technology projects
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Significant managed services experience
• Deep ethos and understanding of customer needs
• Ability to work across groups – Engineering, Consulting, Commercial, Legal, and Senior Executives
• Strong organizational and people leadership skills
