Licensed Practical Nurse 4, Evening Shift, Full-Time - Permanent, Spokane Veterans Home

• Prepare, carry out, evaluate, and revise treatment plans for individual residents
• Pass medications, administer, monitor and record treatments, assess resident condition
• Promote resident-centered care to our residents and use your leadership skills to support other LPNs and step in as relief charge as needed

• Current Washington state practical nurse license or unencumbered practical nurse multistate license
• Two (2) years of experience as a licensed practical nurse
• Must be proficient in the English language and be able to read, write and speak English
