• Lead with humility and grow talented engineers
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers

• Atleast 15 years of experience in software engineering
• Atleast 5 years of experience in people management
• Atleast 5 years of experience leading multiple teams within an agile environment
• Atleast 3 years of experience managing other managers including talent development, performance management, team building and succession planning
