About the role
The WA Cares Fund is seeking a dedicated Social and Health Program Consultant 4 to play a crucial role in supporting and training our staff while enhancing service delivery for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide regular training and consultation to staff at all levels
- Create and update procedures for the Benefits and Customer Care team
- Provide training and technical support to new and existing staff
- Work with leadership and tech liaisons to simplify technical information for staff
