DSHS Direct Care Provider Lead/Attendant Counselor 3

• Serve as a shift lead by coaching and monitoring staff
• Provide specialized care and support to SOCR clients
• Act as lead trainer for new staff
• Coordinate and support client participation in offsite appointments
• Maintain the home environment and oversee household maintenance

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Two years of experience as an Attendant Counselor 1 or in an equivalent or higher-level state classification
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
