Responsibilities

  • Develop, process, and manage all stages of Credit Card data for the organization
  • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide data solutions
  • Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
  • Reimagine and innovate product solutions to meet internal and external customer needs
  • Focus on leverage and execution excellence to deliver game-changing outcomes
  • Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near-term and long-term value
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with senior decision makers
  • Collaborate with assigned departments to support People initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
