About the role

The Account Services/Client Management Director is responsible for establishing relationships across a portfolio of health plans and with key internal stakeholders to drive business results while actively driving growth through expanding existing client solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with CareBridge’s services, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams for program services implementation.
  • Partnering with cross-functional operations and finance teams to forecast and track key operational and financial metrics.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with leadership at managed care organizations, including performing site visits and conducting monthly and quarterly performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
