About the role
Perform nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Operate and maintain mobile imaging equipment to ensure optimal patient care. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to support diagnostic accuracy. Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and regulatory standards. Provide excellent patient care, including preparation, explanation, and post-procedure follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain mobile imaging equipment to ensure optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to support diagnostic accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and regulatory standards.
- Provide excellent patient care, including preparation, explanation, and post-procedure follow-up.
Requirements
- Certification by NMTCB or ARRT in Nuclear Medicine.
- Additional certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT(R)), CT (ARRT(CT)), or NMTCB(CT).
- Possession of a current Delaware state license.
- Demonstrated proficiency in nuclear medicine and CT/PET technologies.
- Ability to work a consistent schedule of weekdays, 5x8-hour shifts.
