• Ensure that products and services are delivered on time, on budget and with excellent quality
• Facilitate collaboration between Design, Product and Technology
• Manage the project pipeline and resources
• Identify overlaps across projects and maintain a transparent project backlog
• Oversee planning sessions, work reviews and other team events
• Support continuous improvement of projects and processes

• Demonstrated experience managing product design and digital initiatives
• Experience improving team collaboration and productivity
• Strong understanding of Product Design (UX, UI, Content Strategy, Research, Innovation)
• Experience partnering with Design, Product Management and Technology
• Good understanding of product development methodologies like Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and innovation practices (e.g., experimentation, prototyping)
