Occupational Therapist OT Home Health

Executes physician's orders and notifies physician of necessary updates or changes in a home health patient's condition. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the individualized occupational therapy care provided to a patient. Responsible for the coordination of care of all assigned patients. Deliver high quality and professional occupational therapy care.

• Deliver high quality and professional occupational therapy care.

• Graduate of an occupational therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association or its equivalent.
• Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute or Rehab setting
• Occupational Therapist – Registered within the state of FL BCLS
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Valid in state Driver's License with current car insurance
