About the role
The Field Sales Representative, Enterprise Business will advocate for the Cloud Platform, promoting technology for business innovation. The Field Sales Representative will introduce Google Cloud Platform to our customers and accounts, drive awareness in the developer and startup community, and leverage and build the Google Cloud Platform partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow new customers in the enterprise business
- Focus on Generative AI and master Google's Generative AI offerings
- Facilitate the business cycle and present insights to founders and C-level executives
- Develop growth opportunities by collaborating with customer engineers and Google partners
- Drive business development, deliver accurate forecasts and achieve goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms
- Experience in client sales/management
- 4 years of experience in Cloud Sales
- Experience with customer and relationship management, and with technology-using platforms
- Experience in enterprise sales
- Understanding of Generative AI solutions
- Ability to engage with developer audiences as well as C-level IT and business leaders
- Ability to drive strategic business goals in a dynamic environment
