• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, User Experience (UX) or related disciplines
• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in UX research and design
• Strong capability across a range of UX research and design techniques
• Experience in planning, facilitating, and summarizing user research
• Understanding of how to work within the agile development process
