Product Designer, Senior Associate

We’re currently seeking a Product Designer to join our Experience Design team. We’re passionate about creating memorable, meaningful product experiences that build the Capital One brand with humanity and drive business advantage and innovation.

• Combine craft expertise with understanding of customers and business to co-create innovative solutions
• Use data, research insights, and creative problem-solving to support customer-centered design decisions
• Work with cross-functional partners to gather feedback, understand tech and data capabilities, and emerging technologies
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners and continuously identify opportunities to collaborate
• Present work to diverse audiences using a human-centered approach

• At least 2 years of experience in a Product Design role
• At least 2 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
