AVP, Application Management

AIG is on a multi-year transformation program to standardize and centralize reinsurance processing. We are looking for an experienced Reinsurance Application consultant who will be key in technical design, integration, and development.

• Responsible for integrating the Reinsurance technology platforms and enabling seamless end to end Reinsurance business processes by defining process flows, data flows, etc.
• Will lead or participate in business requirement analysis and documentation of workflow and procedures that will integrate with our global Reinsurance solution.

• 5+ years of experience working in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry
• BS in Computer Science or relevant IT experience; Accounting Degree is a plus
• Finance, Insurance Accounting, Insurance, and Reinsurance Collections knowledge are a plus
