• Hiring, managing, and developing the operations management team
• Oversee the safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team
• Prioritize projects assigned to DCO teams and sites
• Routinely review ticket queue for large events and address problems accordingly
• Coordinate change management resources
• Guide, train, and educate data staff on best practices
• Manage front line managers

• Associate's degree, or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
• 5+ years experience in a Data Center environment
• Experience in hiring and staffing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
