• Assess students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services to help students succeed in daily school activities
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom accommodations and modifications
• Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Provide consultation and resources for parents and caregivers

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an OT
• Experience working with children, preferably in schools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
