The Digital Solution Specialist (DSS) for AI Business Process (AIBP) is a strategic sales role focused on driving AI-led transformation across business applications

• Lead account planning for AIBP opportunities
• Identify decision-makers and select appropriate solution plays
• Build and maintain qualified pipeline coverage for rolling four quarters
• Establish and nurture C-Suite and BDM relationships
• Deliver compelling solution pitches aligned with the One Microsoft narrative
• Drive consultative selling motions
• Translate complex scenarios into clear business outcomes
• Remove blockers and exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with partners to scale execution
• Ensure partner deployment plans are in place for usage milestones
• Act as a trusted advisor with deep domain knowledge
• Share best practices and expand technical depth
• Support habit-building and daily usage

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field
• several years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
