• Develop and stamp engineering documents, work packages, and site designs
• Provide technical support for maintenance, turnaround, and project execution activities
• Lead or support site safety, integrity, and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with corporate teams on feasibility studies, design improvement, and project implementation
• Champion Management of Change (MOC) and Work Execution processes using Maximo
• Conduct root-cause and performance assessments to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Asset Integrity teams to deliver safe and efficient plant performance
• Participate in short-term secondments with Operations, Planning, or Maintenance to build integrated site experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility upon hire
• 5–10 years of experience in facility Operations, Maintenance, or Engineering
• Working knowledge of industry codes (ASME B31.1/31.3, ASME BPVC Section I/VIII, API, NACE, CSA, ABSA)
• Familiarity with project management processes (PMP designation an asset, not required)
• Prior operational experience and knowledge with turnaround practices are strong benefits
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
• Previous experience in oil and gas processing or heavy industry is an asset
